Advance Your Leadership with a “PATH TO PURPOSE” Fellowship

Brown Center for Leadership and Service are now accepting applications for the 2024-2025 cohort here. (This application is open to all students (undergraduate and graduate) enrolled at UF and of all majors.)

This is a year-long collaborative fellowship, developing leadership and career skills through positive change and community involvement located in the BCLS.  

You will gain:

· Connection to community partners and members.   

· Experience working with communities and on projects related to your passions.   

· Experience in crafting a program and having agency in its direction.   

· A culminating product, such as an e-portfolio and a showcase.   

· Professional and personal development (communication, relationship building, listening),  

This cohort is open to all undergraduate and graduate majors, years, and programs. Supporting long-term goals of positive community growth, fellows work with numerous Gainesville and Alachua County organizations. This work is self-directed and self-motivated, with individualized support provided by the BCLS team. We believe everyone has a role in positive change and look forward to you joining our team!
