Discover Your Future in Law: Apply for the Miami Pre-Law Career Trek by Sept. 4!

Are you thinking about law school or curious about careers in the legal field? Next month, take your exploration to the next level with an exclusive three-day Career Trek to Miamiwith transportation and lodging provided by the Career Connections Center with support from the Law School Admission Council (LSAC).

From September 18–20, selected UF students will dive into the world of law through:

  • Visits to top law schools and legal employers
  • Mock classes and campus tours
  • Networking events with UF alumni, current law students, and law schools from around the country
  • Admission workshops and law school fairs featuring top institutions like Fordham, SMU, Ohio State, and more

Here’s a brief overview of our itinerary:

  • Thursday, Sept. 18: Panel and networking event with legal employers in Miami
  • Friday, Sept. 19
    • Morning – Campus visit with Florida International University College of Law (includes lunch)
    • Afternoon – Campus visit with University of Miami School of Law (includes dinner)
    • Evening – Admissions 101 & Law School Fair with National Law Admissions Consortium, which includes the following schools:
  • Saturday, Sept. 20: Miami LSAC Law School Forum
