Gator Career Chat: Exploring Careers in Government
Join us for a Gator Career Chat where UF alumni and industry professionals will share their insights and experiences working in various government roles. Discover pathways to impactful careers in public service, policy-making, and administration at the local, state, and federal levels. This interactive workshop offers valuable knowledge, networking opportunities, and a chance to ask your own questions. You’ll also receive a curated list of resources to help you explore and prepare for a rewarding career in government.

After the workshop, you’re invited to attend the first HELPS Fair: Exploring Helping Professions, a unique event dedicated to students pursuing careers in the Healthcare, Education, Legal, and Public Service/Non-Profit sectors. The HELPS Fair is 2-7 p.m. in the Reitz Union Grand Ballroom. Dressing professionally and bringing copies of your resume are encouraged if you plan to attend the fair.
