Salary Negotiation Lab

Negotiating can play an important role in advocating for yourself throughout your career, from discussing a starting salary to navigating raises and new responsibilities. On October 2nd, students will learn foundational negotiation strategies and practice applying them to common salary negotiation scenarios.

In this hands-on workshop, students will:

Learn key principles and strategies for effective negotiation
Explore how to prepare for salary conversations and evaluate compensation offers
Practice communicating their value and responding to negotiation scenarios
Apply negotiation techniques through an interactive practice activity

This event is for students who want to build practical negotiation skills and feel more prepared to advocate for themselves during the job search and throughout their careers.
