Step into the shoes of a bourbon production team member and complete tasks that replicate work done by the Manufacturing team

Welcome to our program! We are so excited to have you here.

Diageo is a global leader in premium drinks, with over 200 brands across spirits and beer in our remarkable portfolio, from iconic names like Johnnie Walker and Guinness to innovative newcomers like Aviation Gin and 21 Seeds Tequila. We produce all of our products from base raw materials to glass.

More than half of our 30,000 employees work in our supply and manufacturing teams globally, delivering 6.5 billion liters of our premium drinks across 180 countries every year. Our North American supply and manufacturing operation produces much-loved brands such as Crown Royal Whisky, Captain Morgan Rum, Aviation Gin, and Bulleit Bourbon.

This program will introduce you to two key areas of our supply and manufacturing operation in North America – distillation and maturation, and conversion – through the role of our bourbon production experts who work every day to produce Bulleit Bourbon in our state-of-the-art carbon-neutral distillery in Lebanon, KY.

During this program, you will have the opportunity to step into the shoes of a bourbon production team member and complete tasks that replicate the work our team does every day. You’ll learn how to troubleshoot and realign deviations from standard process parameters, as well as create strategic plans to improve efficiencies.

We hope this program provides a great resource for you to upskill and strengthen your resume as you explore career options and a potential career at Diageo!

This program is self-paced. It takes approximately 3-4 hours to complete.
