We’re hiring a remote Tax Manager – client-facing role
Hi all — we’re looking to bring on a Tax Manager to join our fully remote team. This is a client-facing role within a pod-based system. You’ll work directly with clients, alongside a support team, and must be confident managing:
• 1040s (including complex returns)
• 1120S
• 1065
We work with self-employed professionals (many physicians), so experience with entity structures, multi-state filings, and proactive strategy is a plus.
What to expect:
• Fully remote
• Structured pods with administrative support
• Flexible hours during off-season
• Pay based on experience: $90,000–$150,000
We’re looking for someone who wants long-term, meaningful client relationships—not just seasonal prep work.
