Your Role at EFFY:
Jewelry Specialist
- Engage directly with guests to deliver personalized, high-value shopping experiences
- Educate customers about EFFYs fine jewelry collections, craftsmanship, and stories
- Drive individual sales through expert product knowledge and polished communication
Brand Ambassador / Public Speaker:
- Represent EFFY through dynamic public speaking and onboard marketing presentations
- Host events, seminars, and interactive sessions to showcase our signature collections
- Build excitement and awareness for the brand across diverse onboard audiences
Jewelry Manager (Assistant Manager)
- Oversee day-to-day boutique operations, inventory control, and team scheduling
- Lead and develop a high-performance sales team, coaching to maximize results
- Ensure an elevated luxury experience aligned with EFFYs brand standards
Who We’re Looking For

What You Should Know Before You Apply
- Contract Commitment: A minimum 6-month contract aboard a luxury cruise ship is required.
