SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE: Freedom Physical Therapy and Fitness is a privately owned practice. We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join Freedom Physical Therapy and Fitness in Naples, FL to compete with the PT mills and factories seeing 15-20 people a day on an assembly line. We see anywhere from 9-12 patients a day at a comfortable pace. The ideal candidate will have experience in various areas such as orthopedics, outpatient care, and geriatrics. This position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in our beautifully designed clinic.
Duties:
– Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
– Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients’ mobility and quality of life
– Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
– Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
– Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
– Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
– Experience in pelvic floor, orthopedics, inpatient care, manual therapy, and geriatrics is preferred, however, NEW GRADS WELCOME TO APPLY
– Strong knowledge of medical terminology and physiology
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages

Pay: $78,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
