Interns work in a team of international and Tanzanian multi-professional students.
We encourage innovation in the program approach. Organisational network development work is essential, as capacities are limited in Africa, and working together helps.
Academic-level team leaders supervise your internship daily. We also monitor your work with a weekly plan and report system to ensure your progress in your study program.
The internship outcome is learning to use and get experience to implement your education in developing country conditions with limited capacity.
Interns work in teams of international students and volunteer professionals to better understand the opportunities in a fast-growing economy.
