PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITES
- Lead education initiatives for large scale implementations and practice changes.
- Oversee Evidence Based Practice updates for our nursing care delivery model as Subject Matter Experts.
- Manage multiple education projects including EHR enhancements and clinical projects.
- Serve as consultants for leaders regarding clinical practice, clinical products and care delivery.
- Prepare reports as needed to reflect associate training.
- Develop, support, and advise education plans for areas outside of nursing.
- Ensure competencies reflect best practice and are compliant with organizational policy and procedures.
- Analyze and disseminate current medical and nursing literature for utilization in the expansion and improvement of patient care outcomes.
- Function as a Change Agent and Leader to support change.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Lean and practices in Lean projects.
- Evaluate organizational effectiveness in education and integrate innovative, creative perspectives into the educator role.
- Perform learning needs assessments by using a variety of strategies and tools to facilitate practice and process changes in area of expertise
