Living Full Out Inc. is seeking an intern to assist with Business and human resources-related projects.  Our goal is that you can learn tangible skills that will allow you to flourish professionally.

Projects related to this internship may include:

  • Learning how to place ads for positions and the preparation that goes into organizing before a  candidate is hired.
  • Learning how to track candidates and the process of scheduling interviews.
  • Learning how we use  LinkedIn and other networking platforms to collaborate with other professionals.
  • Teaching various contact look-up tools that support the student working on email campaigns and using Excel for tracking progress.
  • We strive to make sure the student gains educational learning benefits in many areas including communication, writing, research, and more. The student has the structure of training and constructive feedback so that they can further polish their strengths. So then they can recognize areas they may want to grow more and deeper their learning while in school.

Skills should include: Ability to work independently and with a team, effective organizational skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines, driven and goal-oriented, excellent English verbal and written skills, leadership skills are a plus.

This is a 20-week, unpaid/volunteer remote internship. The intern clearly joins our program with the clear understanding that they can get college credit and we will do any evaluations or progress reports for professors to track the student’s progress. Students are aware that there is no expectation of compensation or promise of compensation.  The intern knows that their role is in an educational structure, not as an employee. Be sure to put Human Resources/Business Internship in the subject line. For more information about the company, see www.livingfullout.com. If you have any questions, please call Nancy Solari at (310) 909-7800 ext. 101.
