Litigation Paralegal

Lott & Fischer, a boutique intellectual property law firm in Coral Gables, has an immediate opening for a full-time, on-site litigation paralegal.
Role Description
• The litigation paralegal maintains the firm’s cases being litigated in the courts (U.S. District Court for Southern District of Fl.; Federal Circuit Court of Appeals; Trademark Trial and Appeal Board)
• Receives and examines all pleadings , dockets deadlines, and distributes to counsel and client(s),as necessary.
• She/he is solely responsible for finalizing and filing of all pleadings in the appropriate court, as well as maintaining the litigation and TTAB dockets on a weekly basis and attending weekly litigation meetings.
