Trademark Paralegal

LOTT & FISCHER, PL, a well-established South Florida intellectual property boutique law firm, seeks an additional experienced Trademark Paralegal with 3-5 years of recent, hands-on experience with U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution.
The ideal candidate must have great organizational skills, good documentation habits, excellent and courteous communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare U.S. Federal and state trademark prosecution and post-registration documents; drafting trademark goods/services specifications and determine appropriate specimens under attorney supervision.
• Experience with TTAB process, including opposition and cancellation proceedings.
• Monitor and docket post-registration filings, renewals, and maintenance deadlines.
• Draft client and foreign associate correspondence, including status reports and preparation of deadline charts.
• Manage docketing of critical events utilizing trademark docketing software.
• Generate and maintain docket reports to ensure timely filings and attorney updates.
• Function as liaison with foreign counsel worldwide
