WCJB is looking for a creative and energetic individual who wants to work in the exciting world of video production. We are looking for a skilled writer/editor/graphic designer/videographer to create powerful concepts to market a message or tell a story for the station and/or clients through video (digital and broadcast).
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Show up to all shoots before the scheduled time.
– Set up all equipment for shoots promptly to make sure the client is not waiting.
– Complete all assignments within the timeline that was set by Creative Services for the client.
– Monthly inspections of equipment.
– Continuous training to perfect editing & shooting with all cameras and editing programs.
– Assist others in editing and or shooting projects when needed.
– Work with Account Executives and clients to develop compelling content for broadcast and digital consumption.
– Communicate any elements needed from the client to complete the project (logos, pictures, etc.)
– Communicate progress or problems with management as it relates to the scope of work for the client.
– Complete assigned topicals daily.
