Job Description
What’s On Your Mind, Inc. is seeking motivated UF students to assist with adult psychological and cognitive evaluations. Students work directly with a licensed Clinical Psychologist and receive full training — no prior testing experience required.
This position offers hands-on clinical exposure, mentorship, and practical experience that is highly valuable for students preparing for graduate school or careers in psychology, counseling, social work, neuroscience, or mental health fields.
Responsibilities
- Assist with administration of standardized psychological and cognitive assessments
- Observe and document client behaviors clearly and accurately
- Prepare, organize, and maintain testing materials
- Follow structured procedures and confidentiality policies
- Participate in training and supervision sessions
Qualifications
- Current University of Florida student (Psychology or related major preferred—but not required)
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Comfortable interacting with adults
- Available 2–3 weekdays during daytime hours
- No prior testing experience needed — full training provided
