>> My name is Andy Shull. I'm a financial planner. I'm the director of financial planning for MidSouth Financial Group, which is headquartered in Memphis. We have an office in Oxford, Mississippi, that's where I live and work. I work with a lot of businesses, but I think the sweet spot for me is working with people in their 40's and 50's as they approach retirement in particular. That's kind of where I live for my own demographics and age and so I can relate, but also that's a time when I can really feel like I can help people. A lot of things happening at that time. Most people are right in-- hitting their stride in their career. They have kids going to college. They've got, you know, their own financial plans that need to be put in place in terms of looking ahead towards, you know, the second phase of their lives, retirement. So, yeah, it's a great time to be involved in peoples' lives. I work with a lot of companies and I work with a lot of individuals. As a specialist, I tend to work with companies. I have a background in law, so I'm brought in to work with businesses a lot of times when they have, you know, legal type needs like buy-sell agreements, you know. So, that's when one partner is making a decision to buy another partner out either because, you know, the partner dies or they become disabled or disqualified. Lots of issues like that. So, I tend to work with businesses because that's sort of what I did in my former career as an attorney.
