>> My name is Sean [inaudible] and I'm the Equipment Manager. What I do on a day to day basis is focus on the day to day operations of all the equipment and all of the material needs for the company as well as any logistics that need to be done to get those materials and equipment to the jobsites. It ranges from as small as an [inaudible], which is a bucket to a large piece of equipment which would be a you know 4000/4100 style crane to [inaudible] trucks and everything in between. The different types of equipment are needed are based on the style of job that we acquire. And we have different style jobs out there right now which are demo, heavy civil, heavy highway, and power plant work. And dictated by what is needed, we will send either just pickup trucks, excavators, dozers, rollers, and cranes whatever's needed that's specifically for that job. The types of decisions that I need to make on a day to day basis are the equipment needs. So if we have that style of equipment, whether we have that crane, that dozer in the system, is it going to be available to take to that jobsite. If it is, we get it to that location in a timely fashion. If we don't, then we do an evaluation with competitors and vendors to see if we can rent something from them to [inaudible] the time needs and our needs for that job to be as efficient as possible.
