>> My name is Corey Lee, and I am an Identity and Security Consultant for Microsoft Corporation. I currently help our customers enhance their security posture and understand how to develop identity strategies in order to help their businesses really get an understanding for what it means to be more secure but also understand the area and field of identity. And in many cases it involves going through a series of exercises that understand their personas in their environment. Use cases and the scenarios that they particularly want to address on behalf of what their business needs are. And for a lot of this activity it involves whiteboarding. It may involve story boarding, and the use of Powerpoint. Or just simply a discussion that really serves as a discovery activity for the customer. And from there we kind of move into a space where we have an understanding of what exactly their needs are, what their business drivers are, and how we can help them. So, we move into more of the design phase which is, OK, what type of solution can we bring to bear in order to help the customer? And in many cases that technology and/or the activities that are involved that particular period is Visio. So, we use a lot of diagrams, also whiteboarding, in this particular case. It really did help the customer visualize what it is that they're trying to accomplish. And then we move into what we call the build phase which is, OK, now we, it's time to make it real.
