>> My name is Manuel Nuno. I'm an Integrated Product Team Lead at Raytheon. Raytheon is a large defense company. And we work on Space and Airborne Radar Systems. I'm responsible for about 20 to 25 engineers and various folks in different disciplines. And my responsibility is in the design development of a -- my current role of a power distribution unit for an Airborne Electronic Attack System. The Navy uses it on an F-18 platform and it's designed to suppress threats and you know, make it safer for the Navy to do their missions. The work and the design gets distributed up; right? There's a lot of different buckets; if you will. But on -- so when it gets to me, you know, I'm responsible for this one unit. So it's this power distribution unit. And my team has to go and take all the requirements that the customer has given us and making sure we can design a unit within those requirements that meets performance. So we'll -- we'll do design, we'll do the drawings, we'll work with supply chain to make sure all those parts get purchased, we'll work with a different group operations which helps us build the product, and then there's an integration and test group which will basically test that product and make sure it meets the design requirements. That's part of qualification. And then we'll deliver that to the customer once we say, "Yeah, it meets all of the products -- the requirements; I mean."
