>> My name is Dr. Larry Trubilla. I am a general dentist and a dental practice owner in Allentown, Pennsylvania. There's a lot of challenges to owning a practice. The majority of the day is spent treating my dental patients in our office. We perform a wide variety of dental procedures. We provide general dentistry, routine checkups and cleanings, we also treat dental diseases like dental caries and provide the appropriate restorative dental treatments using state-of-the-art dental materials including the latest composite resin restorations, the use of nanohybrid particles, ceramic restorations, including the newer zirconia-based crowns. We provide care, too, a wide range of patients, being children, adolescents, teenagers, adults, and senior citizens. That's the majority of the day. Also, owning a practice, of course, there is a lot of responsibilities managing the practice. We are our own human resources department, we are in charge of all issues that arise with having employees and managing those employees. Also having -- business, there's a whole business end. We have the real estate, we have contracts to sign, property, rent, and also to know when to reach out to appropriate specialists, being our accountants, attorneys, and other business associates.
