>> My name is Roger Osorio. I'm a leadership engagement coach for my own company EDgage. My focus is primarily on the startup community and college and universities. I help them become better leaders by learning how to engage with their communities, with the folks that they're leading and working with so that they can move everyone in the same direction. Typically, pretty short, usually it's -- they want you to come in for a speaking engagement, maybe put together a series of workshops, programs, coaching engagements tends to be maybe, three, four weeks from the point when we begin the process working together, collaborating on how to design the workshop and the programs that they might want. And then from there until delivery, it's probably about three to four weeks, unless I engage in a coaching engagement that could go six months to about a year. Busy day, usually at a hotel -- starts at a hotel, and then from there running to the location, whatever the site is of the client, getting, organizing notes, talking to the folks that are organizing the event to make sure that everything's set up on their end. I go over and really spend as much time as I can rehearsing what I'm going to be doing. And any free time that I have I try to engage with the client and their organization. So if it's an event, maybe like a workshop or a conference or something of that sort, I try to take that opportunity to meet with the participants, meet with the folks that work for the company or the students at the particular college or university. I tend to break it down based on the clients' needs. I find that when you're working with colleges and universities, although it seems it could be the same all across the board, it depends on who brings you in and for what reason. If a business school brings you in, their needs are going to be pretty different than if just student life brings you in. They might have just more general leadership needs. Whereas the business school might want you to also focus on business topics that the students are learning in the classroom so you can connect them to the real world situations that they're trying to help them get more experience in. If it's with a startup community, let's say a recent startup, small company, maybe they only have two to five employees, you've got to maybe just the founding team, you really have no idea what you're going to expect until you get into that job.
