>> My name is Jason Ester [phonetic]. I'm the manager of construction scheduling right now at Joseph B. Fay but also with some involvement on all levels of the icon enterprises. Basically, I'm tasked with the responsibility as the manager of construction scheduling to make sure that our employees out in the field be it the project managers, the project engineers, even the superintendents and the foremen that are placed onto a construction project, have an understanding of construction scheduling utilizing the critical path method of scheduling which is developing an integrated network of activities that tie together from, you know, project start to project finish. So making sure that we're following a standard operating procedure in developing those schedules, tasking the people out in the field with following and utilizing that schedule so that we know where we are at every phase of the project, and then also making sure that they understand, you know, what to do with the information that they're provided. So part of my role is also to train our employees in the development and use of the CPM schedule and the software that we're creating it with -- big picture all the way down to the minute details. So, you know, we develop schedules, you know, for eight-year projects looking at it from a milestone standpoint. We've got a couple of projects that we're actually looking at on an hourly level right now. And there's a lot you can do with the schedule. Not very many people have that understanding of the software and the systems to be able to utilize all of the tools that they're provided, but it's a powerful piece of information that you can have in construction.
