>> My name is Francine Blackman. I'm employed by International Paper. I work as the Manger of Financial Compliance, working with the U.S. Mail and converting facilities. Basically what we do, we kind oversee the internal control of the area, ensuring that the facilities are abiding by the control framework that International Paper has set up, along with the gap requirement and other control, NCC, and so forth. Eight to five would be a day that I would be my normal work hours. So on a busy day, I usually get several calls from controllers asking policy questions. I would respond to them. I would research the policies, look it up. I'll also speak with my manager about some things that they may be looking for exceptions for, and then relay that back to the controller. Also one of to the areas that we do, we review a facility balance sheets where we would look at their financial information, review it for supporting documentation, make it's valid, and that they're in compliance, and the account is properly stated. So I do a lot of that. Also, a lot of special projects within the company. We will work with business groups and pull together. An issue may come up they want a financial representative on the team to ensure that they're putting in the right controls. So I spend a lot of time working with the various business groups, reviewing what they're putting in, assuring that is measuring up to the controls that needs to be in place.
