>> I'm Erin Marsh and I'm an instructional math coach at the Pierre Indian Learning Center in Pierre, South Dakota. I work with teachers, first through eighth grade, and I go in and work with all math teachers, I should say, first through eighth grade. And I go into classrooms and the design of where the role is looks differently in every classroom. So some teachers would like me to go in and model. Some teachers would like to team teach. Some teachers would like me to collect data based on students and how they're performing. And then we sit down, and we plan, and we think about what direction they want to go with their students, and who's struggling, and who's maybe need to be pushed a little bit more, and so we plan out some lessons and figure out what to do with those particular students. And then I also run an after school program. I use some of Bedtime Maastricht, and with Crazy Eights, and a STEM Club just to kind of get kids excited about math and science and I'm integrating a little bit more into the STEM area of things.
