>> My name is Kate Wilty and I own my business and part of what we do is continuing education in the health field industry. We also manufacture body and skin care products for the spa industry. The day is comprised of phone calls, emails, fulfilling orders, trying to promote trainings that we have. Obviously sales, so it's a little bit of everything and since it's a very small business, it's also wearing a hat of accountant and kind of day to day operating like that. The beginning of the business was actually training and so we were having healthcare providers coming to training for the continuing education. And the inception of actually offering any kind of product came from them asking, if there were other revenue sources that they could then retail to their customers? And some products that could help facilitate the work that they were doing, for massage therapy obviously you need some product. And a lot of our treatments are health based but you still need glide and so we did, we worked with a company in Canada to develop formulations that were applicable to what we were trying to achieve. And essentially private labeled than those formulations from a manufacturer and we had, since we have a captive audience so to speak, that was our distribution for the product.
