>> My name is Anne Trucial [phonetic], and I own Trucial Insurance, which is located in Squirrel Hill, Pennsylvania. And so I sell auto, home, life, health for individuals and families. And then I sell business insurance, which would be general liability, Worker's Comp, property insurance. Anything that a business would need. Answering the phones. Talking to clients. Trying to complete applications. Work on proposals. Just non-stop responding to what our clients need. Certificates of insurance. Meetings with underwriters. Lots of emails. Probably more emails than phone calls these days, but yeah, something to do all the time. Well we pride ourselves on customizing insurance for their needs. So we would sit down and through a 15, 20-minute conversation find out what they have as far as assets, cars, homes, toys we call them. Motorcycles, boats, jewelry, any of that sort of stuff. And then what they're concerned about happening to those things and educate them a little bit on what kinds of insurance would do this or that. And then we'll put together a proposal for them that would highlight what they need to have, versus what they currently have. And then sit down with them and go through that and make some recommendations. And then they choose. We normally try to give them two or three options between different insurance companies and/or the coverages that they need.
