P. Lynn is the owner and operator of Stoney Point Events. Based in Altoona, PA, Stoney Point is a full-service event venue specializing in weddings. P. Lynn walks us through her busy season and explains what it takes to be a multiple business entrepreneur.

>> My name is P. Lynn Brown [assumed spelling]. And I am an entrepreneur. I own an advertising agency which I've been in since 1990, and I also own a wedding hall, a banquet facility called Stony Point Events. We do everything, all types of events, but weddings are what we're known for. And a day would be the bride comes in first in the morning. She's just had her hair and nails done and now she's going to get dressed. The groom comes in one to two hours later because she has to get her pictures and we don't want the groom to see the bride. It just keeps going. The flowers are there, eventually boutonnieres get pinned on the men, and the girls are given their flowers and so on. And we have already rehearsed the day before for the wedding. And it's just a continuum of what they learned on Friday going into Saturday. There's a lot of pre-ceremony photos. And then we begin the prelude, the processional, the ceremony itself, the recessional. And then there's usually a cocktail hour in the courtyard. If it's winter, of course, that's inside, everything. And we have an indoor backup in case it would rain. You have to get married, it doesn't matter if it's raining or not. And it just keeps going.
