>> My name is Heather James, and I currently am the Program Manager for Rutgers Business School's Executive Education Team. The job entails serving as a Program Manager for Rutgers Business School Executive Education, marketing, planning, executing, and customer relationship management for our corporate clients. This is a field of executive education, so professionals who've garnered higher education degrees and interested in sharpening their skills. They usually sign up for continuous executive education. It could be anything from either booking a leadership development program, it might be focused on supply chain, or leadership and strategy, or even digital marketing, or it may be going out to Asia Pacific and handling one of our large corporate clients. One of the New Jersey leading employers does a lot of their training and development for Rutgers Singapore students and professionals. In addition, it can be just selling the program domestically through contacts; other corporations based in the Northern New Jersey region, and then also their global contacts that come in through open enrollment. But I'm pretty much focused on the custom clients.
