Brian is a Project Director with i+iconUSA. Brian oversees large projects or sometimes multiple smaller projects and is responsible for safely delivering a project to the client and making sure all project metrics, including financial, are met.

>> What I like most about the job is to meet a new challenge on a daily basis. Every day that I -- you know, that I come to work, it's always a new challenge, whether it's, you know, something I'm dealing with with the owner, or something I'm dealing with on a construction site, it's always a different challenge every day. And it takes a lot of thought and process to overcome it. Well, some of the challenges that we face is a different environment that we're working in for every project. There are owner-related issues. There are field-related issues. There are schedule-related issues. And we work, you know, together with all parties to try to overcome the problems.
