>> Michelle Olszewski and I'm a project manager for Joseph B Fay Company. You pretty much work on behalf of Fay with the state and kind of manage the job in all respects. Financial and then also out in the field, you know, kind of on a quality basis. And then you just track quantities, track cost, and make sure that you're, you know, contractually, you're doing what you're contractually obligated to do. And you pretty much get a sense of the project as a whole at all angles, and I like it a lot. I guess I get into it more into the nitty gritty of what's going on out in the field and as far as like turning in things to the state that they need. I'm more like on a more detailed level than say like Ryan is a project, senior project manager. But then not quite as on the level as a project engineer. So in some respects I look at it at a bigger level than the engineer but not quite as big a level as Ryan. I work on a lot of submittals to the state which is, they basically have a certain set of submittals that you're required to give to them prior to doing certain pieces of work. Or you're contractually obligated to give them as well as different kinds of things that we're supposed to give them contractually which would include like material certifications and we do schedules. If we have any sort of extra work, we'll work up pricing on that and do authorizations. So it's good to know when you're out here what you're contractually obligated to do, what you're not. And you're kind of, you're working on Fay's behalf to make sure that you know what's extra, what's included, and what's not.
