>> My name is Maxina Green [assumed spelling]. Currently, I am a truancy case management services supervisor. Basically, students that miss ten or more days in the school district, their information gets sent down to juvenile court, family court, and we provide services to find out why the child is absent and work together with the family to have a better relationship with the school. For me, I would say it's 80% administration work. I get the court listings. I enter it into the computers, some data entry. I give out the cases to the case manager. Then an average day, I do supervision, so clinical supervision, ask them what's going on with each client, each family. How can we pool resources? Do the case managers need my assistance? And then another portion of the day deals with auditing charts and paperwork for the funders mainly.
