>> My role as a sales manager -- I'd been in the staffing industry since 1990 and I've had -- held many different roles as an account manager, national account manager. Usually assisting the recruitment team as well. Currently, in my sales capacity, my responsibility is primarily targeting local companies. Reaching out to them to see if we can assist with staffing support. Do they have project needs for hiring? Or openings in their organizations that they need to fill on a fulltime basis. For the past couple of weeks actually, a number of very important premier employers in the area reached out. All with critical staff openings. So I had to rally the team and work together and ensure we were utilizing all of our channels to post positions and use our networks to find the talent that was needed. So my role in this capacity -- the sales work was already done. We had the relationships with the clients and with the prospects so we received the orders. And now the challenge is to come through in a timely fashion with the quality of the talents that they needed. So it's basically doing whatever it is you need to do, and answering the phones, help source talents, support the team in order to, again, find that talent that was needed.
