And that's good because you know the work relationships you have with everyone, all the guys that I work with, I hang out with them outside of work. And, you know, when you're at work with them. You know, I'm still young, there's definitely room for improvement in the company. I couldn't ask to be treated better. >> There is not nearly enough people, quality trained people in the construction business today, both in the trades and in the management to build all the different projects that are coming to do. So what I'm saying to you is there's tremendous opportunity and supply and demand. You will be in demand if you decide to come in construction, and we would hope you'd pick a company like i+icon USA.
