>> My name is Stephen [inaudible], I'm a 1970 graduate of Millersville University, BA in economics. I also have an executive MBA from the Wharton school, and in 2012, I received an honorary degree in, here at Millersville, as well, and honored to be here. Well, I deal with individual investors, and institutional investors, as well. So, usually the first thing, I get up in the morning, I check the CNBC news desk to see what's going on worldwide. I get on my computer, plan my day, get to the office around 8:15-8:30, and start digging right in. And with the movement of the market, volatility can be up, can be down, so it's a constant daily change, constant educational knowledge, as well. Well for the last 42 years, I've been working with the various investors in Lancaster community, and it's certainly been a big plus to see generation after generation, even emissing. But, we do go out and work with the individual clients, whether it be retirement plans, pension plans, individual stocks, bonds, mutual funds, the entire investment arena. Well, our research staff is just terrific. We have a lot of investment ideas, versus other firms, and doing other independent research, my own independent research. I also use an intern, usually here from Millersville, as well, that will help me in some of my stock plans, or syndicate investment banking deals, and it's been a big plus. Electronically, technology has just been phenomenal. When I first started, it was just a quotron machine, to get the stock quotes and it was in alphabetical order. Not the normal keyboard, but all the information and, we can find on the computer, or information from our research staff, or live meetings, using satellite, whatever. And, it has just been phenomenal expansion of knowledge over the years
