>> My name is Tyler Dufflehauer [phonetic], and I work for BlackTree Healthcare Consulting, and I work in operations. So what I work in operations it's entirely on the consulting firm end. I do very little for other clients, but I manage the internal processes, structures, websites, everything from creating the programs that we use to moving teams and staff around. A typical day would be I'd normally get in between 6:15 and 6:35, so I get in pretty early and start sifting through all the emails, see what problems came in, who had issues with whatever program, whatever service. And I start to sift through them and solve them. And sometimes it has to do with staff reallocation for the team that I manage, or otherwise dealing with, hey, this site crashed, how do we fix it? Or we want to build this new website, I scheduled three appointments for you today. Oh, that's great. So it's a lot of on the fly and a lot of kind of damage control at times.
