From industry exploration to resume and interview prep, this community puts flexible, on-demand career guidance at your fingertips.

The Career Hub connects you with all things career related at UF. From self-guided career information to all of the resources the C3 brings you, you can find it on the Career Hub. Here are just a few of the helpful items the Career Hub offers:

  • Population and pathways specific information
  • Access point for all other resources such as Gator CareerLink, CHOMP, Quinncia, etc
  • Articles and guides to help you become more career ready

CHOMP is a great tool to help you make decisions about future career choices and plan for future education. CHOMP’s different self-assessments assist you in becoming more career ready and learn more about yourself. With CHOMP, you can take the following assessments:

  • Personality Assessment
  • Work Interests Assessment
  • Leisure Assessment
  • Values Assessment
  • Skills Interest Assessment
  • You can also combine these assessments to help you figure out what major and career goals might be the best fit for you

Forage allows students to jump into job simulations that mirror real-life roles. With Forage, you can:

  • Preview the day-to-day tasks of the role you choose
  • Explore the company and learn how they operate
  • Build skills directly applicable to your future career

Plus, upon completing a simulation, you’ll earn a certificate to add to your resume and LinkedIn profile—showcasing your skills and initiative to potential employers.

Gator CareerLink is the landing for many career related events at UF. From scheduling career planning appointments to searching for experience opportunities, you can access GCL to enhance your career readiness and utilize the following:

  • Schedule individual career planning appointments
  • Search for different career-related experience such as internships, co-ops, part-time and full-time jobs
  • Learn about upcoming networking events like Career Showcase and Employer-Hosted Events
  • Find a workshop to attend or a Career Pathways program

Gator Network: Join Gator Network to gain access to virtual communities and connections, exclusively for UF students, alumni, faculty, and staff. With Gator Network you can:

  • Connect with UF Alumni & Peers using the connecting tab to find people that are a good match for you to connect with  
  • Join Communities – Engage in the communities to expand your network. 
  • Gain Insider Career Insights – Learn from alumni about different career paths, job roles, and company cultures. 
  • Find Alumni and Peers Willing to Help with the ‘willing to help badge’ and message them using the message templates 

LinkedIn Learning is available for current UF students and staff and can help you develop skills and earn certifications needed for your career pathway. With LinkedIn Learning, you have access to:

  • Over 16,000 courses across 7 languages
  • Connect completed courses and certifications to your LinkedIn
  • Explore different careers and industries by watching informational videos

Quinncia allows you to build a strong resume and become more comfortable at interviewing by utilizing AI software similar to what many companies are using today. With Quinncia, you can do the following:

  • Upload your resume (as many times as you want) and receive detailed feedback so you can improve your resume and make it past the applicant tracking systems
  • Complete a video-recording AI mock interview with questions tailored to your industry of choice. On top of analyzing your answers, Quinn also gives feedback on items like eye contact, words per minute, etc

What Can I Do With This Major? Provides you with information on 106 major profiles and includes information and resources that can help you figure out if a career path might be right for you. Some of the information and resources include:

  • Common career paths for each major
  • Types of employers for each major
  • Links to professional associations and job boards

Career Insights is an AI-powered platform that provides real-time career outcome data through a national database of career paths and outcomes, specifically focused on UF alumni. With Career Insights you can:

  • Gain valuable insights on education, salary trends, and in-demand skills across more than 150 million career paths

Gator Launch, powered by Suitable, is an app that helps students maximize their time at UF.  Track your activities outside of the classroom and connect experiences with the core skills that employers across all industries look for. With Gator Launch you can: 

  • Identify opportunities across campus to build skills and gain experience 
  • Track your involvement and growth over time 
  • Create a portfolio displaying work samples and other artifacts from your UF experience 
  • Showcase major milestones with digital achievements that you can share on your LinkedIn profile 
  • Confidently communicate your skills and experience with employers or graduate programs
