About Me
As Manager of Experiential Learning, I support students in finding and engaging in meaningful experiences that align with their academic, personal, and professional goals. My work ensures that learning happens intentionally—helping students reflect on their experiences and translate them into lifelong skills and purpose.
In addition to working directly with students, I collaborate with employers and campus partners to elevate and co-create experiential learning opportunities that are impactful, inclusive, and growth-oriented.
My own career journey has been deeply shaped by engaging in a wide range of meaningful experiences—from interning abroad in the UK and China, to volunteering at major events and in local communities, to working as a student employee. Being a career ambassador in college taught me so much about professionalism and gave me a leg up in securing my first job after graduation. I also found growth through creative projects with peers and active involvement on campus. These experiences not only expanded my perspective but also inspired my passion for helping others see how transformative experiential learning can be.
Before joining the University of Florida, I spent over a decade in New York City working across education, human capital consulting, leadership development, and most recently as a life coach. As a former international and first-generation college student, I care deeply about how transforming limiting beliefs can lead to a more enriching life—both internally and externally.
Outside of work, I volunteer extensively to support values-based education and mindfulness practices, including facilitating study groups and leading discussions that promote personal development and well-being.
